Easy Steps for Signing on to Towne Properties Website
To submit and track work order(s), consider using the Towne Properties Website at www.towneprop.com. Once registered, you can submit and follow the status of your work order(s) and other account information. You will need your Resident ID ( a 7 digit number assigned you by Towne shown on your payment coupon). If you use electronic payment, please contact Judy Reis, Administrative assistant, by telephone at 859-291-5858 or electronically at judyr@tp1.com to obtain your number.
- Go to: www.towneprop.com
- Click “Mytowne” in upper right hand corner
- Follow instructions to register if you have not done so (use Resident ID obtained from the administrative assistant or your coupon-Wynds community number is 9660)
- If registered, enter username (email address) and password
