What are the homeowners responsibilities?
In general, the homeowner is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the interior of the unit, providing for structural and/or waterproofing, repair, replacement , care of foundations, basement walls and floors. Provide for repair, replacement or care of mechanical equipment and/or its pads and foundations, light bulbs, electrical outlets, water silcock, windows and/or door glass or screen. Provide for repair, replacement or care of door jams, thresholds, or operating parts of doors and windows. Provide for general cleaning, debris removal and snow removal from porches. Provide cleaning, weather-stripping or replacement of doors and windows. Provide for the cleaning and general upkeep of the garages. Provide any care necessary to improvements or additions, which were not made by the original developer.

What about snow removal?
The Board of Directors Homeowners Association will contract for the removal of snow from the street, sidewalks, and driveways.

Are pets permitted?
Pets are permitted, but must be kept within the confines of the unit, and may not be tied outside. All pets must be held on a hand leash while on common areas. No pet may be allowed to roam free within the community. Owners are required to clean up after their pets.

Are recreational vehicles allowed?
Recreational vehicles are permitted, but an RV, camper, boat, motor home, all-terrain vehicle, truck over 1-ton, commercial vehicle, or junk vehicle is prohibited on any lot or common areas.
